Cost-effective Learning Coach Programs
for Small to Mid-size Organizations
The "learning coach" position supports all learning and development initiatives within an organization, including much of the actual facilitation and training. This role is generally present in larger multi location businesses where costs can be shared, but is not financially feasible for smaller organizations.
Spiral offers a cost-effective solution for smaller independent companies, who cannot budget for the expense of a full time learning coach/trainer position. Our Learning Coach offerings provide annual training and development programing, plus consistent learning coach support integrated into and customized for your organization. Below are examples of three programs.

From my ten-year experience as Regional Learning Coach at Fairmont’s BC hotels, and 10+ years with Spiral Learning, the learning coach role has been a consistently effective and enriching feature for a company.
—Jeremy Ball, President Spiral Learning and Development
While most managers need to keep a clear focus on the operational aspects of the business, the learning coach can support them in reinforcing the cultural, interpersonal, and leadership components of success—at both an organizational and team level.
Able to communicate openly with all team members, the coach stays connected throughout the business often identifying trends and opportunities for improvement and growth. As a learning specialist, the learning coach can work with the general manager, executive team, and human resource director (where present) to develop learning and growth strategies for the company, and subsequently execute and sustain those plans.
