About SPIRAL Learning & Development

SPIRAL Learning & Development  focuses on the cultural, interpersonal, and high accountability aspects of organizational effectiveness.

Learning  is a lifelong process as we navigate a changing world with all of its challenges and opportunities. Research is now clear that dogs of all ages can indeed learn new tricks as change occurs around and within us. Successful individuals, teams and organizations are continually learning through the natural cycles of our work. With a focus towards learning in the present, the cycle becomes an upwards spiral.

Our aim is to help organizations, teams, and individuals to learn and grow intentionally and with choice. We offer a range of growth tools including culture change assessment, leadership programs, individual contributor programs, individual and team coaching, and team retreats.

One of the keys to successful learning is sustaining the changes we make. We place a lot of emphasis on post session sustainment tools including both individual and group coaching. Our programs and coaching sessions can be customized to your unique needs.

Jeremy frequently works in association with Dr. John Izzo, a leading business leadership expert and best-selling author (Awakening Corporate Soul; Stepping Up; The Purpose Revolution). From 2015 – 2017 Jeremy was the project manager and lead facilitator in a culture change process with Qantas Airways, with over 20,000 colleagues participating from the three CEOs through to all front-line staff.

Most recently, Jeremy’s work has included piloting a back-to-work program with Our Place Society, in Victoria, British Columbia for vulnerable people with multiple barriers to employment. After overseeing the project for two years, Jeremy is now a core volunteer piloting an associated social enterprise initiative, The Diverters Project, which works to improve the quality of life of binners (informal returnable collectors), by improving economic opportunities and destigmatizing binning.
